We do not guarantee specific results, instant fame, or guaranteed success for participants. Recognition is based on merit and evaluation, and results may vary.

2.1. User Rights

Users have the right to access the platform to get informed, participate in the nomination process (during open periods), and interact with cultural content, in accordance with these rules.

2.2. User Obligations

Users undertake to:

• Provide accurate and verifiable information.
• Not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent activities, or activities that violate the rights of third parties.
• Respect intellectual property rights over published content.
• Not undermine the integrity of the nomination and voting process.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Syria Awards assumes no liability for:

• Any interruption, unavailability, or technical errors of the platform.
• The jury's decisions or the final results of the award process.
• Content published by third parties (users, partners) on the platform.
• Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

Our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the value of payments made to us for the services that caused the damages.

The platform's content (logo, text, graphics, architecture) is protected by the intellectual property rights of Syria Awards or its licensors. Its use for commercial purposes without our written consent is prohibited.

Users retain the rights to the content they upload, but grant Syria Awards an unlimited, non-exclusive, and free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the services.

5.1. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on the platform. Continued use of the services after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

5.2. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the access of any user who violates these terms, without prior notice and without liability.

Users may cease using the services at any time by simply stopping access to the platform.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved primarily through amicable means, and in case of failure, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts in the municipality of Bucharest.
